YOUTH WELLNESS CLASSES - grades 2-6 or TWEENS ages 10-13

VIBE CHECK: The Art of Self-Care - a 3 part wellness workshop for TWEENS - ages 10-13
Instructor: Michaela Swift
Days/Dates: Mondays, October 27 - November 10, 2025 - (3 weeks)
Time: 6:30-7:20 PM
Location: 87 Church Street - Fellowship Hall
Cost: $60/3 week session
As we dive into this mini-series, TWEENS will explore the power of self-expression and the importance of caring for their emotional, physical, and mental well-being. Through creative outlets like journaling, gentle movement, mindfulness, art, and open conversations, students will learn how to understand their feelings, set boundaries, and build daily habits that support a positive self-image.
This class creates a safe and supportive environment where each student can discover what makes them feel balanced, inspired, and confident. We’ll explore topics like stress relief, gratitude, body positivity, and healthy routines—all through a fun, age-appropriate lens.
By the end of the workshop, tweens will have their own personalized "Self-Care Toolkit" filled with creative strategies and practices they can use anytime they need to reset or recharge.
Please have your child wear comfortable clothes and sneakers and bring a blank journal or notebook, yoga mat or beach towel, water bottle and, if desired, a light nut free snack.
