AGELESS GRACE (adult/senior brain fitness)

Ageless Grace® is a brain fitness program focused on activating the brain-body connection with the ultimate goal to boost health and well-being, reduce stress, keep the brain agile and the body responsive. Based on facilitating neuroplasticity (AKA keeping your brain “flexible”) this playful class aims to activate all 5 functions of the brain – strategic planning, memory/recall, analytical thinking, creativity & imagination, and kinesthetic learning. 
Ageless Grace addresses 21 physical skills needed for lifelong optimal function via simple exercise tools designed for all ages and abilities. These exercises, based on natural everyday movement, will be set to music, rotate by class, and be performed seated to safely promote your ability to Respond, React and Recover with ease. Please bring sneakers and wear comfortable clothes. Class will be conducted seated. Caregivers welcome to be present, however are asked to take a back seat role to encourage full participation and engagement from the students.

ABSOLUTE BEGINNER CARDIO (adult/senior fitness)

Designed for beginners and anyone who's been *on a break* from their personal fitness goals, this class combines cardio, strength, and core exercises to help you get moving again! This fun low impact class is sure to boost confidence while testing your core. Could you BE any more excited? Class is always better with friends; bring your own and make new ones in our supportive and encouraging environment.

JUST JAZZ - the original

Teen/Adult JAZZ class designed for dancers with intermediate-level+ experience. You can expect a choreographed warm-up (emphasizing conditioning, technique, and jazz vocabulary), across-the-floor elements, and, when time permits, a combo/choreography. Good attitude and sense of humor come in handy. :)

BASIC BARRE FUSION (adult fitness)

This fun, low-impact workout is perfect for beginners and anyone looking to sculpt, stretch, and strengthen. Incorporating elements of ballet, yoga, pilates, and more, you’ll work your muscles with controlled movements, using the chair /barre for balance as you target your core, arms, legs, and booty. No dance background? No problem! With upbeat music and easy-to-follow instruction, you'll feel graceful, strong, and toned in no time. It’s all about boosting your confidence and fitness level while finding your balance!

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, light (2-3lbs) weights, and sneakers.
