Zumba is a high energy dance-based fitness program that mixes high and low intensity moves to create an interval-style calorie-torching class! Inspired by Latin and International rhythms, the fun and easy-to-follow choreography serves to disguise the cardio workout! Class is designed to be conducted in a social setting, combining conditioning, balance, flexibility, (and, did we mention cardio?) all while offering both physical and mental health benefits! Please wear comfortable workout clothes and bring your water bottle and sneakers.
